Spotify shows off Android app

TGD Staff May 28, 2009 1,010

Euro-music service Spotify is showing off an Android application to let you search, stream and browse the music you like.

According to Mike Butcher at Tech Crunch, the application for the Android isn’t quite complete and in any case Spotify isn’t yet available in North America.

Spotify, available for both Windows and Mac machines, is financed by advertising and has quite a fair amount of VC backing. There’s a Spotify mobile demo for Google Android at Tech Crunch, here.
