Fujitsu is to use a 500MHz Eden ultra low voltage procesor in its next generation thin client products.

The CPU, which has a TDP of only one watt, will be the brain of the Fujitso Futro S100. This is a fanless and silent thin client product.

The complete system consumes just under 11 watts under full load, Via said. Rajat Kakar, VP of Fujitsu’s client group said: “The Futro S100 offers business users extremely low energy consumption per seat.”
